I soon discovered, that thiscard was a rev. 2.6, and therefore wasn't able to perform blind scanning. I then started using my Clarke-Tech 2000 receiver to perform the blind scan, and then manually key in the found signals in ProgDVB. Later i discovered that the parameters for the feed signal were available on various web pages. Unfortunately very few of these pages contained the data in the form of ProgDVB ini files, and the few that did, were out of date. That was when I had the idea to create a site, where it was possible for users to report new feed signals, and then generate one or more ini files with their own and other users reported feeds.
