About this site

It all started, when i bought a SkyStar 2 PCI card to be able to watch 4:2:2 signals. I soon discovered, that this
card was a rev. 2.6, and therefore wasn't able to perform blind scanning.

I then started using my Clarke-Tech 2000 receiver to perform the blind scan, and then manually key in the found signals
in ProgDVB. Later i discovered that the parameters for the feed signal were available on various web pages. Unfortunately
very few of these pages contained the data in the form of ProgDVB ini files, and the few that did, were out of date.

That was when I had the idea to create a site, where it was possible for users to report new feed signals, and then
generate one or more ini files with their own and other users reported feeds.

How it works

  • When a user adds a new feed, the data is added to the database.
  • If the data already exists in the database, it will not be added again. Instead the time indicating when the feed last was active, will be updated.
  • When the user choses to generate a ini file or download a zip file containing all ini files, the most recently active feeds are placed in the top of the ini file.
